I’ve heard so much hype about Whataburger that I had to try it for myself. Overall, it wasn’t bad for a fast-food place, and I would definitely get it again. However, I found it to be quite comparable to Burger King's flame-grilled burger, and their chocolate shakes were also pretty similar. View all feedback.

I waited to write this review to see if the food quality would improve, but it has just continued to decline. Whataburger used to stand out to me because the food was usually fresh, but lately, this place has really gone downhill. This place offered a free burger and cookie upon downloading the app, I got the coupon on ASU campus and I was the only one to use it according to the cashier there! They have me a big burger and cookie. Very good. Can’t beat free food! The app was tricky to download and get to work. It should be easier.
I have to order the redner in drivethru, no one else in the load not busy at all and the young lady was very rude did not listen to my order got the eating wrong the pommes were stone cold and tasty when they were under the lamps for far too long or the oil was old and had to be changed name and then wanted to do as she was better than we when she came to close it very fast, every time she had to learn to us. I can say that because I myself worked my wife and our son at What-a-Burger last year.
It is 9:55 watch the manager of the hour is anissa. not the most pleasant manager. we have charged us 99 cent per soße since our daughter works in law dani there. this young lady cursed with me, told me that this was the cost of sauces, since Daniel gave them away for free. this is unacceptable, my daughter in the law has no reason to be treated so, secondly this is not how to treat customers. period dietary restrictions: will calculate 75 cent or more per sauce
I have been at Whataburger twice in the past 3 days. Two days ago, I ordered biscuits and gravy but they had no biscuits. Today I ordered biscuits and gravy but no gravy. I don't think I will stop at Whataburger again. There is a Jack in the Box down the street.
My burger was fine asked for crispy fries not really crispy. I was drinking unsweetened container in lobby didn't make a full cup. When my food was brought told the guy. Went to get a refill still none asked girl at counter if they had more she said she would check drive thru. Drive thru out. No offer to make more or anything...this was 515 pm not impressed by the employees manager was in office with door closed. Employees were standing around, eating candy on front line, drinking redbull one of them.brought in. Woek needed to be done tables dirty trash needed to be cleared...
