Then, it took a long time for them to bring out two salads and a junior burger.

The restaurant is not very big, and the floors were quite sticky. The carpet looked worn, and the benches haven't been updated recently, making them uncomfortab... read more The restaurant is not very big, and the floors were quite sticky. The carpet looked worn, and the benches haven't been updated recently, making them uncomfortable with several gaps when sitting. Be mindful of loose clothing or objects. There were no napkins or paper towels available after food was served, and the soda machine was out of almost all flavor options. The service from the staff was below standard. I informed the cashier about a mistake with my order, and it was the first Wendy's where I found the fries to be hot.

I tell him it's past 9 he starts laughing says ya I know but were just not ready. He couldn't even open his eyes I could smell the weed. It's fine if people smoke just do your job. The store was supposed to be open for 3 hours already. Incompetent at it's finest.

The customer service was good, the bacanator fries were old and the bacon was pretty much crumbs. I am only leaving 2 stars because we were held up by a lady wh... read more The customer service was good, the bacanator fries were old and the bacon was pretty much crumbs. I am only leaving 2 stars because we were held up by a lady who walked thru the drive thru service and while ordering we had to pause so the drive thruattendant could deal with that lady who walked to the drive thru window. After ordering I waited an additional 20 minutes beforethey dealt with that lady.
