Then couldn't give correct price, when I told them they admitted i... read more The drive thru staff was incredibly rude, got my order wrong didn't fix the incorrect drinks. Then couldn't give correct price, when I told them they admitted it was incorrect. Blamed it on the new system so oh well then turned her back and walked awayfrom drive thru window. I left paying more and an incorrect order. I've gone here for years kids love the frostys. Will nevercome back at least never to this location.

I can't have any bread products.... read more I ordered a jalapeno burger and made it clear to the staff that I have a wheat allergy and needed my burger wrapped in lettuce. I can't have any bread products. As I was picking at the jalapenos that had fallen off the burger, I noticed breaded onions inside when I picked the burger up to take a bite. I was appalled that yet another restaurant didn’t take my allergy seriously. I spoke with the manager, Alma, who seemed unaware of the gravity of food allergies. She didn’t even apologize for their mistake. Now, instead of going to work, I have to go to the hospital.
