Was not sure what to expect from a place with a va in the name, but since I found it on happy cow and noticed that they have a vegan menu, we decided to check it. this is a classic breakfast place that is difficult to find as a vegan! They also have a dedicated vegan menu (just ask) and make a good vegan waffel (also gluten-free). my man (not vegan) really enjoyed his meal. I would recommend this place and like to go back!

The food at this restaurant was delicious, but it was quite expensive for the portion sizes. The menu is not extensive, but the fact that it is all vegan makes it easier to choose.
