Disappoint. comfortable location to gammage we loved. during the review in we were told that their system was not working with opentable and was very busy, we h... read more Disappoint. comfortable location to gammage we loved. during the review in we were told that their system was not working with opentable and was very busy, we had to wait. it wasn't long to wait. we ordered an salat and two burger rolls less. it took almost 35 minutes to come for the salat. we had to ask for additional dressing, not sure that was actually on the salat and that took time. when ordering the burger rolls less we ask that they come as served just keep the bungalow. when they brought out the burger, he was alone on the teller. no salate, puree, tomato, swirling or sauce with which it usually comes. burger was dry and cold at this place. it was also thin and not made in the house. it came with a small field of greensalat on the side in a small bowl, which was indispensable. our server was sweet and beautiful, but the kitchen would never have served the food for this wise and the server should have realized that it was not properly prepared. it could have been that our order was not a cookie cutter and did not use it on a special request. but only the uphill of the bungalow should not have been too difficult. others who came to our table looked better. that doesn't mean there's something we'd try again.

When it finally did, we realized we needed extr... read more We ordered a salad and two burgers without the buns. However, it took nearly 35 minutes for the salad to arrive. When it finally did, we realized we needed extra dressing, which seemed to be missing, and that took additional time. When we ordered the burgers without buns, we requested that they come with all the usual toppings, minus the bun. Unfortunately, when the burgers arrived, they were served solo on the plate—no salad, pickles, tomatoes, onions, or sauce, which are typically included. We had to wait again to get the necessary condiments. By that time, the burger was dry and cold, and it was notably thin and not homemade. It did come with a small side salad in a tiny bowl that felt unnecessary. While our server was sweet and attentive, the kitchen clearly failed to deliver properly prepared food. Our server should have noticed that the meal was not served correctly. It seemed like our order wasn’t a standard request, but not including the bun shouldn't have been a significant issue. The other meals that went to nearby tables looked much better, but after this experience, we’re hesitant to return.

Initially, we sat in the dining room, but we weren't aware that it had a fixed-price menu with only three options. Fortunately, they gladly moved us to the pool bar/restaurant. The service was prompt, the waiter was friendly, and the food arrived quickly and was delicious. I would definitely return, especially since it's very convenient to the auditorium.
