Although there can be long lines, they move quickly. The staff really knows how to efficiently serve a crowd.

In addition, you build burgers yourself! You get buns and burgers from the kitchen and all the other ingredients are on the table set aside. Awesome place. Really recommend it! Great place, everything is simple, excellent and deliciously cooked burger! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the quality and freshness of the burgers. In addition, you receive the burger itself from the kitchen, and you add all the other ingredients yourself according to your preferences. Perfect place! I recommend to all! I realize this place is an institution in Tempe so apologies to all the fans, but I was underwhelmed. It’s a grimy place. Kinda gross. But I figured that since... read more I realize this place is an institution in Tempe so apologies to all the fans, but I was underwhelmed. It’s a grimy place. Kinda gross. But I figured that since the best Mexican food comes from the least sanitary locations, maybe that applies to burgers. Nope. Got the giant with cheddar cheese. Added some condiments from the condiment bar where everyone’s dirty, nasty digits also spoon out ketchup, mustard, pickles, mayo, etc. Not a fan of community condiments. In a nutshell, to me, it’s a hipster Burger King. I honestly didn’t see a huge difference between this burger and a flame broiled whopper. If you love this place, good for you. Enjoy.
