Tonight I didnt feel like making dinner so I put in the order to . I just wanted to take this time to thank Lauree (the manager I believe that’s how you spell her name.. instead of sending my order out with no explanation to changes she included a note stating they ran out of the bread I wanted! I was informed that the voucher didn't cover the turkey sub I ordered, which also ended up being topped with speck and something else. In the end, the price was about the same as a regular sub, but I felt it wasn't worth it for the quality I received. The staff seemed unprofessional, whispering to each other behind the counter, and my son and I felt uncomfortable as they stared at us while we were eating. I definitely won't be returning to this place. Honestly, I could forgo eating at Subway altogether, as the food comes in overpriced packaging and isn't well-made. I can find a fresher option elsewhere with better customer service. The cleanliness of the place was questionable, and the music was way too loud, making it impossible to relax and enjoy my meal. Overall, it felt like a very unwelcoming environment.

Occasionally stop by this location to pick up a sub on my way home from work because it's convenient there's always the girls that work there that are super fri... read more Occasionally stop by this location to pick up a sub on my way home from work because it's convenient there's always the girls that work there that are super friendly but not tonight, The person working tonight look like a child that belonged in high school had no personality I ordered a tuna sub and he pulled his knife out of somewhere to spread it around and it had dried up stuff on the knife I asked him where the knife came from because it looks like it hadn't been washed and it looks kind of disgusting to be using on my sandwich he just looked at me like he had no fucking clue didn't seem very concerned at all so I told him to **** off and he could stuff his sandwich shop his stupid ass and left I'll probably never go to this location again terrible customer service who left his teenager on his own with no supervision who knows he came from the back he could've been in the bathroom and didn't even wash his hands for all I know disgusting Update spoke to Brittany the manager Did not seem to concerned as well and basically thought I was lying ? She recently came for a special catering order for a senior community event, and Laurie took the time to listen to the specific needs of my mother for dividing the sandwiches. The catering order turned out perfectly, and the sandwiches were nicely prepared. In addition, my mother's shop gave a beautiful bulk order discount that was an additional bonus. Thank you so much for taking care of my Mamacita!

I used the online ordering system, and it did not come through, so after the employee and manager checked my order with my confirmation code, it went through my order to finish the first priority. They treated me with great attention and kindness. Will definitely return!
