I picked up my order, and my drink wasn't blended properly. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for it, so I didn't want to request a remake. Unfortunately, it just doesn't taste good at all. On top of that, the barista didn't greet me when I picked up my drinks.
They make a Matcha Frappuccino that I really enjoy. I think they're the only ones who do.
ZERO STARS! Since when is someone denied water at a business in ARIZONA?! Store was in middle of closing but not even closed yet, I walked up to the window and all 3 employees ignored me after looking at me and clearly talking about me for like 3 minutes until the dude just gave me a thumbs down, I mouthed water and he shook his head like they couldn 't have the basic human decency to get me a water cup in this circumstance? That 's pitiful and a poor image of Starbucks!

I go through the drive thru here after dropping my son at work in the morning. Usually it's not a long wait. The Food is good.
