He didn't even think to help her. our drinks were also tasted. taste direction kokosmilch . highly recommend not to use these diets.

I just wanted to get a few drinks, the service wasn't so honest. the casser named alison had a bit of an attitude when I ordered when I asked for light ice, it... read more I just wanted to get a few drinks, the service wasn't so honest. the casser named alison had a bit of an attitude when I ordered when I asked for light ice, it looked like it was an inconvenience for them to do this. then I wanted to buy one of the reusable cups when I asked for a bag that she just put on the counter, could not even put the cup in the pocket. wanted to ask for straw, but didn't want to disturb. not very good service at all. Never a problem with stars.

When your faith in humanity becomes restored , I witness the the front clerk young lady with pretty braids ask a homeless man who was waiting for a water cup ne... read more When your faith in humanity becomes restored , I witness the the front clerk young lady with pretty braids ask a homeless man who was waiting for a water cup next to me what he would like looking at him the human being he is with kindness and then the girl next to him handed him a cup with a smile from ear to ear , gotta say it got to me in the feels then the young lady’s took my order n got it out to me fast , this location has been here for years n hope it’s filled with nothing but good people like the two young lady’s here today, that’s where Il spend my money at. Thank you lady’s for helping me have a better day after seeing that kindness

I went up to her to place my order around 8:40 4/29, and she rudely said “ohh great another Mexican, what do you want ? An Horchata ? “ I was very offended, she’s a manager and Starbucks allows that?? That was out of pocket. I was trying to place a second order and she interrupted me saying okay would that be all sir? Come on man, you guys need to fix that.
