The customer service at this location is quite literally awful. This one shorter Asian employee who clearly hates his job, tends to make everyone else's a living hell just because his is. VERY RUDE AND NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. I ordered EXTRA hot latte and got a cold drink.And when I told them they were very rude.
Friendly staff and overpriced coffee.... Just like every Starbucks ?
Dropped my coffee at the counter and they were extremely nice to give me a free replacement! By the way it’s open now, not sure why it says still closed.
