Smashburger - Tempe

This was my first visit to Smashburger. I arrived right at opening time and found the restaurant clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, but not very informative. When I asked how the ordering process worked as a first-timer, I didn't receive a clear answer. The food arrived quickly, and the burger looked delicious. However, the chicken sandwich seemed to be frozen and deep-fried. The fries were tasty but on the salty side. The bathrooms were clean and even had a baby changing table, which was a nice touch. Despite enjoying the food, I found the price of $30 for three burgers (for 2 adults and 1 child) to be a bit high for the portion sizes.

Owner!!! Please read!!!!!! The service I had tonight is the absolute best I ever had. I do not leave reviews for any institution, but I am absolutely impressed! The person who took my order and gave me the food were really good people!! I don't know why, but that makes me so happy!! Thank you. Have fun!

I would normally not complain about my food because we all have bad days and I had a good experience at this point before. But today is an exception. The Shakes we ordered are burned. Not freezer burned like the boy suggested when I made him aware of the problem. Burnt... how the machine got fired and had the taste on my milkshake. I don't know another way to describe him. So $14 milkshake did not sit there without being consumed as much as an apology. Talk about leaving a bad taste in your mouth. As I am here, sick only show that the pommes were fat and not very well seasoned. I'm not from here, but I have tried NIE such a bad experience with NO, whatever it does right. Be quiet.

I don't know. I live 5 minutes away from this joint. Wife went and ordered a double-bascon-burger at the counter, an order of chicken strips and a turkeyburger. The chicken was great. Better to lift the chicken of Canes. Burger was nothing special. Bacon was not crispy and excessively salty. Not sure if the plasters were cooked while waiting or they were sitting on the grill. My strategy to get a fresh burger is not to go in the rush hour. Was a 6-minute drive and should have been quite hot when she got home imho. Salad and tomatoes were warm and soggy. It seems to have little taste like habit burgers. Wife said turkeyburger was good. I made the perpetrators home. They were made of honey mustard, so happy I. I always have a Kens honey mustard

It's pretty good! I got the Brisketburger and it was super delicious. I also have the smashed pommes, I like the wort they put on them. The only reason it is not 5 stars because it is a bit expensive for the portion sizes you get. I was just a little hungry with a double brisket big combo for a little over 20 dollars. Was delicious and the staff was cool.
