Skysill Rooftop Lounge - Tempe

We were greeted by the sweetest hostess with the best energy that sat at our table. our server came by and stood up and we asked to start water and were informed that we had to go to a water station to get our own water. we order the duck nachos as starters and they came 30 minutes after we were there and were cold. then we ordered two $50 steaks and they came cold, so they took them back and either re-made or heated them. we were served only two drinks in the two and a half hours we were there. the service was slow for the empty one and when we asked for our controls that told two different servers and 20 minutes. this place has so much potential, but it was very disappointing for the $300 that was spent between two couples for mediocre drinks and cold food.

We were seated, had to go to the bar to get our own drinks, never got any service or menus. Left without eating. Very disappointing

Ambiance was nice, food drink not memorable, very average . Needs a new drink food menu upgrades

The bartender took so long to make people’s drinks. we waited in line the music wasn’t a vibe. Besides that, everything else was awesome!

I thought my birthday dinner would be great first time at this place my food came out cold and when they brought it out again I got half of my food it's like they just put it in the microwave and didn't put the rest of the meat I order on my plate I also got stale chips with my order and my entire table of friends did not enjoy their meal either and this was worst birthday dinner ever I would not recommend this place nor come back I am so upset never again
