Went in for the first time today for lunch and tried out their supreme pizza slice combo for $9 total which includes a fountain drink. The pizza slice was much bigger than I expected! The price seemed shocking at first as I thought I would the slices would be tiny like domino 's, but I was completely wrong. It was about a quarter of a size of a 14 pizza or a costco pizza size slice for imagery. It couldn 't even fit on one paper plate!!! Love the fact that you get to pick your slice from the front of the store, so you basically get to see what you are eating! The pizza I ordered was as delicious as it looked! Kudos to the young man that was running the entire store at the time. They were friendly to all customers! Bathrooms were also not locked behind a key or code compared to say Chick-fil-a or some McDonald 's (that 's a plus in my book as I hate asking for access). Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a quick stop-and-go bite or just feel like pizza in the moment!

This pizza literally visi... read more I haven't lived in Tempe for almost 3 years now, but I just woke up for the day after dreaming about their meatball and ricotta pizza. This pizza literally visits me in my dreams, it was my favorite when living in Tempe while attending Arizona StateUniversity. They had the best lunch special for students at $7 for a big slice and a drink, you can't beat that! Trust me; walk,run, bike, whatever you do go to Sal's and grab a slice of meatball and ricotta for me. Honorable Mentions: Hawaiian Pizza,Sal's Famous Cannolis, Sal's Special, White Cheese Pizza and BBQ Chicken
