This pizza literally visi... read more I haven't lived in Tempe for almost 3 years now, but I just woke up for the day after dreaming about their meatball and ricotta pizza. This pizza literally visits me in my dreams, it was my favorite when living in Tempe while attending Arizona StateUniversity. They had the best lunch special for students at $7 for a big slice and a drink, you can't beat that! Trust me; walk,run, bike, whatever you do go to Sal's and grab a slice of meatball and ricotta for me. Honorable Mentions: Hawaiian Pizza,Sal's Famous Cannolis, Sal's Special, White Cheese Pizza and BBQ Chicken

We ordered the Spice Girl, which, while I would have preferred it a little spicier, was packed with flavor. The crust was perfectly baked, and all the ingredients tasted very fresh.

Tanya was FANTASTIC with my nephews and had them laughing while we enjoyed a slice.
