Best service we have had in a long time! Our server was great! She was quick and seemed to stop by our table at the perfect times. Food was delicious and their rewards program is great too! What Beverly Ann doesn't like about Rigatony's Authentic Italian:
Dinner tonight was not up to their usual good tastes. Shrimp and scallop dish was over cooked, minimal portion for a $25 dish and cacio Pepe was horrible. They were not overly busy but service was not great either. Not planning on going back there View all feedback.
Old school charm was welcoming, food and service was top notch , highly recommend.
Very loud and frantic. Our meal was comped, but that’s all I will say about that . My seafood melange was over cooked and mushy pasta. The bread good and salad overdressed but tasty

Lunch was good. Had the chicken parm and spaghetti dinner. The nice surprise was it did not cost me anything since I had accrued points in their guest program. I would highly recommend their family takeout meals that comes with a great antipasto salad.
Always wonderful. Best lunch deals and choices in the East Valkey.
