Tucked into Arizona heat, this mom-and-pop ramen spot delivers rich tonkotsu broth, jammy ajitama eggs, crispy katsu and generous, affordable portions with standout fruit teas and boba. The food is authentic and satisfying, great for hungry ramen devotees or budget diners. Tradeoffs include occasional slow service, sticky tables, flies on the patio and a warm dining room — issues that affect comfort more than flavor. A solid value for bold, traditional ramen if you visit when temperatures are cooler.

It was ok. The tempura was not a light batter , very chewy no real flavor. The dumplings tasted off as if the meat was about to turn. I gave it 3 stars because the ramen was good.

Wow! Really, really good. I had the tonkatsu ramen. The pork was so flavorful, the broth is so good but not overly salty, and the eggs are to die for! Super jammy, almost runny yolk, best ajitama I've ever had. Only 1/2 an egg came in the soup but it'sso cheap to add another $2) so well, well worth it. 12/10 would recommend adding an extra egg. About $15 with a canned softdrink, great price.

Update 08/2022: Dining room is back open finally! Food is still amazing. Tonkatsu ramen is heaven! The broth is silky smooth, with a great flavor and the eggs are the correct marinated soft boiled eggs. Authentic. Katsu pork is crispy and delicious. Myfriend loves their curry udon. Price is very fair and portions are great. Local mom and pop shop beats them all for me.

I love the curry udon soup. I always get an extra egg because they are the best ramen eggs I've ever had. The eggs literally melt in your mouth, even the whites are delicious and have a custard consistency. The noodles and broth are also perfect. Thewhole soup is huge and I usually have enough for 2 meals even though I'm fat. I've also tried the chicken katsu and yakisoba andthey are all yummy. The dine in is open now.
