Contribute FeedbackRainforest Cafe presents a mixed bag. While some enjoy the entertainment provided by the jungle animation, others find the experience lacking due to run-down equipment and long wait times for food. The ambiance receives high praise, accompanied by complaints of overpriced mediocre food and slow service. However, standout employees like Brian, the manager, and attentive waitstaff elevate the experience for many, making birthdays and family outings enjoyable. Despite some issues, the overall consensus lands on a nice, albeit pricey, experience that can be hit or miss in terms of quality and satisfaction.
Overpriced for the low quality food they serve Restrooms are very dirty
The Overall experience was great! The serve was nice and polite. Took about minutes to be served. I order a cocktail Panama Punch and the drink was so strong I have to have my server bring me to rasberry iced teas to mix the drink. I dont think Bar rescue would approve lol but the burger was amazing and the fries very good. was a good price for the food. I wish there could be better service to get drinks out. Overall great
Bathrooms were smelly and flithy. Very loud sitting next to the water. Pricey for amount and type of food offered
This Rainforest Cafe has seen better days. I hadn't dined here in a few years but it has gotten very run down. Most of the theatrics don't work. The rainstorm that happens every hour was lame since only the elephants moved or made noise. The food is over priced and mediocre at best. I won't be back
Our server was great, the food was not good at all and the bathrooms were messy and dirty! With Covid going on, most all restaurants bathrooms are cleaner than normal. If these are cleaner than normal, I wouldn’t want to see normal. Kind of sad since our grandsons requested going! We won’t be back
