The device for taking orders did not alert them, so my breakfast sandwich ended up cold as well because it was ready but I was not informed. When I brought this to their attention, the staff did not make any effort to rectify the situation.

I didn't like having to or... read more The restaurant is clean and welcoming, but a bit pricey for the quality of food. The meals were tasty, although they seemed pre-made. I didn't like having to order at a kiosk, but there was also a register available. They offer a variety of vegetarian options. It's not a problem to bring children, they are child-friendly. There is plenty of free parking available, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, except for the heavy bathroom door that could be an issue for wheelchair users.

BUT yesterday, I ordered soup in a sourdough bowl and I waited almost 30 minute. My name was called to get my order and was told no more sourdough bowls do you want soup and bread roll. NO I DO NOT want that I want what I ordered. My point is very dissatisfied with this since I was looking forward to the sourdough bowl it had been a while that I hadn't had it. Nonetheless w a very dissatisfied look I did not say much and was offered a refund and I took it. PB please inform customers that possibility of item ordering may not be available and other items will be offered if that is the case. Thank you.
