Really disappointing. I never write reviews for bad experiences as I somehow chalk it to other factors and possibly in the wrong place at the wrong time. But after waiting for more than 20 minutes standing in the actual restaurant, other customers see going up and order more food to be served immediately while other customers are waiting for already purchased foods that they make it fresh for you? only to come home and have your double-part escaped item be 5 small pieces of beef and a dish full of unseasonal, bland broccoli. I'm all waiting for lack of personnel, but it was obvious that there was no clear organization or communication in this panda. It's very frustrating spending on food, that was?t what you're expecting, plus wait over 20 min for someone to make it just up and order. Sad, will not return.

The staff at this restaurant are impolite and lacking professionalism. When I entered, there were no other customers present. I stood with my tray, but no employee acknowledged me. They completely ignored me, offering neither a greeting nor even a simple acknowledgment of my presence. I was there for a full 3 minutes, making eye contact with some employees, but still received no response. This is not an isolated incident. They have lost my business. I recommend that readers seek out a business that values treating their customers with respect and courtesy. (6/4/22)

So disappointed with my dinner tonight. Feel like when you go in the drive thru they just don't care. I order an intestine and look the size a child's meal and cranegoon old.

Was going to dine in, no one in line, manager saw us walk in but decided to ignore us as he and the other employees were just having a personal conversation. Drive thru backed up, no one in the diner yet decided to ignore us. Horrible service, wasespecially surprised by the manager who decided to continue his conversation and not manage the store as he should.

This was my first order after downloading and using the APP. I changed the pickup time from ASAP to 30 minutes. Upon arrival, my 'small ' order (Panda Bowl) wasn 't ready yet. I was told they were still cooking one of the entre 's and would have to waitanother 10 minutes. I question whether the APP is worth keeping. I mean, the whole point is to order ahead and skip the wait;right? UPDATE: The APP is only good for paying in advance of picking up your order. Three times I 've used the APP to orderahead and three times I 've had to sit and wait for 10 15 minutes waiting for my order to be prepared. Each time I gave them ahalf hour between ordering and the pickup time. I 'm deleting the APP and going back to the drive thru.
