Following the recommendation, I visited Panda Express’s official website and followed the instructions but received no response. I was close to giving up on investing more time, yet I persisted in hopes of helping the restaurant restore an acceptable level of service—efforts that went completely ignored. I was even asked to share my experience a second time, despite already providing clear details on an easily accessible webpage. One would expect those managing the company’s Yelp account to know how to direct incorrect information to the right team at Panda Express and show genuine interest in the feedback I provided. Instead, the responsibility was shifted back onto me, the customer, who took time out of their day to report the declining service. I’m not trying to bash this place; I just want to see improvements and return to the service quality I once appreciated. Sadly, my current impression is that their team lacks coordination.
I am truly disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I typically don’t write reviews for negative experiences, as I believe they can stem from various factors or simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time. However, after waiting over 20 minutes inside, I noticed other customers arriving, placing their orders, and receiving their meals promptly, while those of us who had already ordered were told our food was being made fresh. When I finally got home, I discovered that my double portion entrée contained just five small pieces of beef and a plate of bland, unseasoned broccoli. I understand that staffing shortages can contribute to longer wait times, but the lack of organization and communication at this establishment was striking. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend money on food that falls short of expectations, especially after waiting so long for my order to be fulfilled. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
This was my first order after downloading and using the APP. I changed the pickup time from ASAP to 30 minutes. Upon arrival, my 'small ' order (Panda Bowl) wasn 't ready yet. I was told they were still cooking one of the entre 's and would have to waitanother 10 minutes. I question whether the APP is worth keeping. I mean, the whole point is to order ahead and skip the wait;right? UPDATE: The APP is only good for paying in advance of picking up your order. Three times I 've used the APP to orderahead and three times I 've had to sit and wait for 10 15 minutes waiting for my order to be prepared. Each time I gave them ahalf hour between ordering and the pickup time. I 'm deleting the APP and going back to the drive thru.
Regrettably, the drive-thru at this location does not meet expectations. On three out of my six visits, they managed to get my straightforward order incorrect. Additionally, if you require anything that isn’t included in your order—such as utensils, napkins, sauce for your egg roll, or a fortune cookie—you’ll have to specifically ask for it or check your bag before leaving, as these items may be missing. The management definitely needs to enhance their training.
The recent updates to the menu are quite disappointing. This website does not accurately represent the new options. The sweet fire chicken is no longer available, and now only one side is included with the meals. Furthermore, there are several other items listed that are no longer offered at this location.
