Very bad customer service. Wait like 30 minutes to get food. They are rude there to customers. Sometime they take orders at the register, most times they don't and won't come to it to save their lives. After you get there attention and say you got to usethe kiosk machine only! Smh
Manager here is trifling! Came to pick up my mobile order and they made me wait over an hour in the drive thru for a mobile order of fries only!!! They are too lazy to serve ppl for regular mobile orders
I come here around lunch, place is very hectic I understand it?s lunch hour but when you order inside make sure you get your receipt, the lady didn?t give me mine and didn?t tell me what order number when they call out my order, so then nobody knew whatwas what and then the ladies behind the counter start talking in Spanish saying ? there just standing there looking at us notknowing what to do? and I just happen to know Spanish and said ?well what?s this and how am I supposed to know what my order isif I didn?t get a receipt? so if you do come here make sure you get your receipt and know that they talk bad about you behindyour back in Spanish?.
The staff does not entertain the customer and does not resolve our queries properly. Had a terrible experience at night puck-up, even after ordering and paying for my order, when i went there to pick up my order, they said ?there is no pickup available ?you need to go on a vehicle for a drive thru ? and they made me cancel my order.
Here is a picture of my order. the system didn?t show the mobile order that was confirmed by staff and myself to have the proper address and payment method. truly a fine dining experience
