Used to be one of my favorite places for lunch but in the last 5-6 months not so much. Most often nobody answers the phone or it's a recording that says phone not in service. A couple months ago when I actually was able to place an order they did not have too much available on their menu, they were out of everything. Amazing food. I was introduced to Mad Fresh by a client of mine and was amazed at how delicious and healthy the meals were. Between owning a business, having 5 kiddos, 2 of which are In sports, and me working out 6 days a week I had no time to meal prep. I’m so thankful for this amazing company. I will be a loyal customer for as long as they stay open. Thank you
First time trying out Max Fresh and certainly won’t be the last. Site was very easy to navigate and understand that when the orders are placed on Fridays then delivered Sunday or Monday. Once the order is placed you get a prompt delivery status notification and notifying you how many stops are before your delivery. The packaging is all well packed and durable. The portions are good amount. They also use other local food sources to help build other local food venders which is a nice touch to support local communities. Froze half to help with the shelf life and they still taste good as the ones I had fresh. Highly recommend using Mad Fresh for your meal prepping needs.

I used to like this place. The last time I walked in to place an order no one showed up after I stood there and rang their bell multiple times. They have shifted to an order on line system, so this morning I ordered on line, waited until the appropriate time to pick up and walked over to collect my order. It was only then that they even noticed that they had an order and began to prepare it. This was after I had waited the 20 minutes. As they began to prepare the order they informed me they did not have several ingredients and wanted to substitute--now after the time I had expected to be picking the order up. I asked for order to be cancelled and to have the charges reversed. They said they would, then handed me cash--not reversing the charges. That and they shorted me a few cents on the cash. It might seem petty to complain about the few cents, but on top of everything it was the las straw. Not going back. Sad as they are close to my work.
