Been coming to little India forever. This is the best chat place ever. I love their ordering system and the food is extremely satisfying and customizable. The owner takes great pride in their work and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Adding to all this we can shop groceries ! Their chole bhatura and Dahi puri. Are the best! View all feedback.
What Nandini Ta doesn't like about Little India Chaat:
Rude service when I said pani puri tastes stale and gave 1 puri of water for 6 puris. Water tasted good but puris were burned and not fluffy. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Travelled far for the name but disappointed!! 1 green and 1 sweet chutney but it’s not at all enough for 6 puris . Pani puri lovers know pani is equally important and should be more and this was just enough to sprinkle . I was at the right place. View all feedback.
Recently, the food-to-price ratio has been unsatisfactory, and there's been a decline in service. I wouldn't recommend dining in; takeout seems to be the better option.
For snacks like samosas and chaats, and dahi bara, and/or Pani Puri, etc. This place is fantastic. Food is awesome and prices are affordable.
Update Oct 17, 2023 Went there today after a while. Got the chole, nan and rice. All freshly prepared and very fast service. Thank you. Prior Used to be a regular customer at Little India for 15 years. Tried the place today after a couple of months. Under new ownership now. Pluses new ordering system which was a little confusing and new seating, chole was good Not great veg pulao was very spicy, rotis are now overpriced and very small, gave very little yoghurt in the plate. Will visit only occasionally
Very basic, just a few booths at the back of an Indian grocery store. You order on a self-service tablet like at McDonald's. The food was very good and the proportions were excellent. The seasoning was a bit on the sweet side for my tastes and a little less fire than I would like to have in my spicy food. Keep in mind that the specialty is chaat. Great place and great value for a quick informal bite. You can do a little shopping while you wait for your food to be served.
