Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Excellent minimalist burgers here. Great taste. The frozen custard is delicious. The chili is pretty dang good, too. Service is awesome. A don?t forget about the custard.

1st time customer. Never again eat at this place see picture of burger. Fries were somewhat warm, burger was nasty.

I worked at a Freddy?s for over a year (in a different state) and this location doesn?t even compare???? I was really looking forward to trying the limited time red hot and bleu burger, and I?m pretty sure I got double the sauce and 0 bleu cheese. And that?s what I was looking forward to! The meat also seemed WAY overdone. The lobby area wasn?t the cleanest, and the employees weren?t very friendly either. I didn?t want a combo because I wanted a water, and she still charged me for a combo with a drink because ?it?s cheaper.? I?m pretty sure it?s not?? Overall a disappointing visit.

Mmmm ? Freddy?s cheeseburgers and fries (with their Fry sauce) are so good. And their chocolate frozen custard in a waffle cone is also delicious! I?ve been to this Elliot/McClintock location dozens of times and it?s always been great.

I had a issue with a previous order and these guys went above and beyond to help recover my order. Special thanks to management Francis. I overstand so many establishments are very short staffed but customer service still needs to be top priority and these guys get it. Thank you so much for making my experience a pleasant one. I will definitely be visiting this location again. To top it all off my parents were very satisfied with their remake order made correctly!
