Flo's New Asian Cuisine - Tempe

I just left the establishment very disappointed in the Manger Mason and how he speaks to his customers. I have gone to flows for Yeats now and always enjoyed the food and customer service. My friend had barbaric surgery. She has a card and asked if shecould order off the kids menu. Not to be cheap but she cannot eat much. Second she can't order a whole meal and let it spoil inthis Az heat as we had plans after. It was his rudeness and deliverance. He said that is not our problem but hers. We have beento plenty of larger and nicer restaurants who did it with no problem. MASON get some people skills. FLO'S Corp office I hopeyour proud of your manger and his rudeness. You lost several customers and will tell others . I hope you all enjoy Mason and hisnot so nice attitude towards others medical issues.

Today, my friend, who recently had surgery, asked if she could order off the kids menu as she can't eat much and didn't want to waste food in the heat. Mason's response was rude and unsympathetic, saying it was not their problem. We have been to other restaurants that had no issue accommodating similar requests. Mason needs to work on his people skills. Flo's corporate office, I hope you are aware of his behavior. You have lost customers because of him and we will be sharing our experience with others. I hope you are happy with Mason's attitude towards customers with medical issues.

My partner picked up the food and hasn't stopped talking about the great service and warm atmosphere. The food was amazing too. I can't believe we didn't discover this place sooner! We will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.

This restaurant chain is owned by a friend of our future daughter-in-law, so she was unable to accompany us. The restaurant is located in a shopping district. When we arrived, the place was quite empty and the staff seemed distant. It's unclear if this was due to COVID-19 restrictions or some other reason. We ordered a variety of dishes and requested them to be served family style, allowing us to share and try different items. I can't recall all the dishes we had, but we relied on the server's recommendations. We enjoyed dishes such as sizzling rice soup, lo mein, broccoli and beef, among others. Overall, the food was delicious, though we had to wait a long time for the sizzling rice soup to be served. It seemed that there was a mix-up with our order, as it had possibly been prepared for a take-out order before being brought to our table. Despite this, once the soup arrived, it was tasty. Despite a few minor issues, such as a new waiter who was still learning the ropes, the experience was positive. Our daughter-in-law mentioned that this location was not the original branch in Scottsdale, and that the owner regularly visits the original restaurant. She believes that the original location would provide an even better dining experience. If I find myself back in the Phoenix area, I would consider dining here again.

Dining at Flo's was an incredibly delightful experience. The ambience was romantic and soothing. The food was delicious, particularly the beef and broccoli dish that I ordered. The restaurant was immaculately clean, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I would highly recommend it and give it a perfect 5-star rating!
