I wanted to get my sohn over simple eggs with the jr grand slam and the waitress told me that it was not an option for children who was shocking me, as I have never been told that my sohn cannot get over easy eggs. the waitress brings my food out and I ask for warm sirup, then she tells me they can't do that. I answered that I have never been told that I can't get warm syrup and she said I'll see because we have nothing to clean it up. When she brought back the sirup, I expressed that my French toast was cold. she takes it back and puts it in the microwave to warm it up. there was this nice waitress who sat behind me while I enjoy her and I asked, it was common that my French toast is cold and warmed up in the microwave, she does not answer that it is not common and she offered to make it new. I felt bad to eat them up and got my French toast made new. she expressed, she waited for her journey, but it wasn't a good idea to make my food right. I was very grateful that she went out of her to make sure that I got that as I wanted. I let her tip because she was a great man because she needed nothing to help me.

The c... read more We arrived at 10pm and placed our order. The place wasn’t crowded. We placed our order and watched it sit for 13 minutes. We got our food and it was cold. The cheese sticks we’re not hot and barely had gooey cheese. My daughter asked for sourdough and when she noticed that it was not even on the plate or any other form of toast we notified our waiter. He then went back to the cook and we could definitely hear the conversation where they mocked us and then decided to bring her burnt wheat toast. We decided not to say anything since the service was greatly lacking greatly. The waiter that brought us our food thought it was funny when he realized she was not eating her toast because it was burnt. We didn’t stay long. The waiter acted very polite but when it came down to the toast he was beyond rude and so was the cook who we could hear mocking us from where we were sitting. Customer service is something they need to work on to say the least as well as cleanliness if I am going to be honest.

She is so kind and thoughtful. She communicated with us throughout our dining experience. The food took years to receive but Melissa was top notch. She took great care of us. I would definitely give her a raise.. she's the glue that'sholding this place together.
