I wanted to get my son over easy eggs with the Jr grand slam and the waitress told me that was not an option for kids, which was shocking to me as I have never been told my son can't get over easy eggs. Thewaitress brings my food out and I ask for warm syrup, she then tells me they can't do that. I replied that I have never beentold I can't get warm syrup and she said I'll see because we have nothing to put it in. When she brings the syrup back, Iexpressed that my French toast was cold. She take it back and put it in the microwave to warm it up. There was this nicewaitress who was sitting behind me while enjoying her meal and I asked was it common for my French toast to be cold and warmedup in the microwave, she replies no it's not common and she offered to get it remade. I felt bad that she got up stopped eatingand got my French toast remade. She expressed she was off waiting for her ride but it wasn't a bother to get my food right. Iwas extremely grateful for her going out of her way to make sure I got the food the way that I wanted. I ended up leaving her atip for being an amazing employee because she didn't have to do anything to help me.

She is so kind and thoughtful. She communicated with us throughout our dining experience. The food took years to receive but Melissa was top notch. She took great care of us. I would definitely give her a raise.. she's the glue that'sholding this place together.

Everything on the plate was swimmi... read more Normally The food here is very good. My son loves their cheeseburger. However, the food on Sunday the 18th was overly greasy. Everything on the plate was swimming in grease or you could see the shine on the bun. The wait staff is awesome and is alwaysvery attentive. This was an unusual event because it usually is very good.

We arrived at 10pm and placed our order. The place wasn?t crowded. We placed our order and watched it sit for 13 minutes. We got our food and it was cold. The c... read more We arrived at 10pm and placed our order. The place wasn?t crowded. We placed our order and watched it sit for 13 minutes. We got our food and it was cold. The cheese sticks we?re not hot and barely had gooey cheese. My daughter asked for sourdough and whenshe noticed that it was not even on the plate or any other form of toast we notified our waiter. He then went back to the cookand we could definitely hear the conversation where they mocked us and then decided to bring her burnt wheat toast. We decidednot to say anything since the service was greatly lacking greatly. The waiter that brought us our food thought it was funny whenhe realized she was not eating her toast because it was burnt. We didn?t stay long. The waiter acted very polite but when itcame down to the toast he was beyond rude and so was the cook who we could hear mocking us from where we were sitting. Customerservice is something they need to work on to say the least as well as cleanliness if I am going to be honest.
