Churroholic - Tempe

NGL, I was very excited for Churos and suddenly disappointed AF! We came here for a sweet treat after dinner and got the STINGIEST amount of toppings. So they up charge for the topping and then they give you a teaspoon of the smallest slices of your choice.

The employee was really nice and she welcomes in everybody which is very good She hands the menu right away and is very patient but doesn't know much of the menu. I ordered two lemonades and a guava berry. A little over priced in mi opinion. I order two soft drinks which are the soda. Which had a price for $1.50 at the end when I received my order. I waited a bit for it til she handed over the drink I saw they charged $2.50 when In the menu it said $1.50 I suggested that the menu should be fixed. The employee said sorry and I wanted to place another order but again she charged $2.50 for a small soda can. Which is ridiculous. The least they could of done is give the second drink the price it said in the menu. Or given the money back. I don't think I'll be back there too expensive for small things.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The two young employees had no social skills whatsoever, didn't speak to us when we entered, didn't have a clue about the products. They just stared at us like a deer in headlights. We were their only customers and they still got our order wrong.

If my 7 year old ran this place it would run much smoother. Don't look at the store hours because sometimes it's staffed by people that don't actually know how to make churros...that and they like to leave early so they stop selling churros much earlier than their hours would indicate.

We heard about the amazing churros this place has so we went to check it out. The customer service was awful. We walked in and went to the counter to look at the menu. A worker was sitting by the kitchen door playing on her phone. She didn’t even look up or acknowledge that we came in. After a couple minutes an employee with long hair walked out from the kitchen area and didn’t say a word as he approached us. I said this is our first time in and asked what is your most popular item. He pointed at a to go type of menu on the counter and walked back into the kitchen. Didn’t even say a word. We decided to get dessert somewhere else. The entire 6-8 minutes we were in there not one word was spoken to us by the two employees working. The customer service was so uncomfortable and awkward.
