This place exceeded all my expectations! While the chocolate and almonds sounded tempting on a churro, the best bites were actually the plain ones without any toppings. And then came the strawberry ice cream, which took the experience to the next level! I can't wait to return! View all feedback.

We heard about the amazing churros this place has so we went to check it out. The customer service was awful. We walked in and went to the counter to look at the menu. A worker was sitting by the kitchen door playing on her phone. She didn’t even look up or acknowledge that we came in. Churroholic has a lot to offer. The creativity in their menu draws in many guests, and the flavorful and delicious options truly deliver. I appreciated the desserts not only for their taste but also for their generous portion sizes. However, the layout of the space could use some improvement. It feels cramped, especially when you're with a group trying to read the menu; there's not much room to avoid getting in the way of other customers waiting to be served. Overall, though, it was an exceptional experience.
I've had Churroholic on my list for quite some time, so when we finally went to the Tempe Marketplace, we couldn't resist getting some for dessert before dinner. It was delicious! I ordered the Chocolate and Almond churro, while my companion chose the Cookies and Cream. Both were really tasty!
On Cinco de Mayo, you would expect them to have churros ready, but that wasn't the case. Not only did they open 20 minutes late, but there was also a complete lack of customer service. Now I understand why this place has such a low rating. Save yourself the trouble—clearly, the owners don’t care.
Had a very poor experience with the girl featured in the photos at 8pm on 11/14/2021. She was using profanity being very argumentative with customers. She definitely needs to be fired or put through some extensive customer service training. So sad Ihad to encounter such a poor experience and would lead me to not recommend this place due to the quality of service. CHURROHOLICin the Tempe Market Place needs to be aware of the type of service customers are receiving in this specific location. They endedup closing the place early so I tapped on the window just to get a picture so she can be identified. The guy that is alsofeatured in one of the pictures was also rude and claimed he was just tired due to a long day. He must be the boyfriend becauseas I was enjoying music by the stage area the both walked by holding hands. ?FACE MASK REQUIRED ? must just be for the customersnot the employees! SMH
Terrible customer service. No greeting. the woman who took our order has a bad attitude and gave nasty looks. We ordered a churro, ice cream and a slush. Didn?t get the churro and when we went back up to ask about it the woman said ?you didn?t order achurro?. We did she just didn?t ring it up. Instead of being nice about it she was rude.
