It’s surprising that this issue occurs every time I visit this place, especially considering how young the staff appears to be.

I must be the only person ordering steak burritos because all I’m getting when I order a steak burrito online is rice and beans. I’m currently 1/2 through a ‘steak’ burrito and have not had one bite of meat yet. Rice and beans for $12 is a rip off. This is NOT an isolated incident. Maybe they don’t have enough people working or something of a neglectful nature but I don’t think it’s right.

The portions are inconsistent, and... read more This Chipotle location is the worst. The customer service is terrible; the staff doesn’t listen to what customers don’t want. The portions are inconsistent, and the dining area is unclean and has a bad odor. I will ensure that my family never considers returning to this Chipotle! We will choose any other restaurant instead. If I could give zero stars or negative stars, this place would deserve it! They definitely need a new team—everyone should go!
