Unfortunately, the food quality here isn’t alway... read more I really enjoy Chipotle Mexican Grill, and this location near ASU is convenient, but it tends to be quite busy. Unfortunately, the food quality here isn’t always up to par. They often run out of several items and don’t prepare fresh batches promptly, or they cook too much, causing the food to sit out and develop a burnt taste from being on the line too long. I’m leaving this review because I was disappointed with the queso side I ordered—I paid extra, but the portion was only half full. When I was a kitchen manager at Chipotle, I was trained to serve sides of queso with two scoops, so I’m not sure if the policy changed or if they simply didn’t have enough. Either way, I wish I had known the portion would be so small before adding it to my order. While this Chipotle’s location at Tempe Marketplace is convenient, if you’re looking for better quality, I recommend trying a different Chipotle Mexican Grill. Their menu has great options, but the preparation here could use improvement.

But then, they started giv... read more The worst service I’ve ever experienced. I waited in line for 25 minutes until their system went down—something beyond their control. But then, they started giving everyone their orders for free right in front of me and cut me off, not allowing me to order at all. I wasted my entire lunch break, and when I told the staff I needed to get back to work, the employee simply said, "I don’t know what to tell you." Now I’m going back to work hungry. Thanks a lot!

I informed th... read more I placed a pickup order through DoorDash for a chicken burrito bowl and paid extra to add steak. When I received the bowl, it was about 60% empty. I informed the employee, but she claimed I had ordered half chicken and half steak, which was not true. I ordered a chicken bowl and paid extra for steak. Additionally, I got sick after eating the food. This is the second time I've gotten sick from this location. I will never eat here again.

I told the employee and she said that I ordered hlaf and half, which wasn?t true. I got a chicken bowl and paid extra for steak. On top of it, i got sick from the food. Second time that i eat at this location and get sick. Never eat there again.

I wasted my entire lunch break and told them I had to get back to work to which the employee said ? I don?t know what to tell you ?. Going back to work starving thanks a lot y?all!
