Uber menti... read more If you order online, you'll receive half a portion for a higher price. The staff behind the counter seem unprofessional and lack attention to detail. Uber mentions that portion sizes are at the vendor's discretion, but that's no excuse. I plan to visit in person and will take a side-by-side photo of my takeout order compared to what I get delivered to show the branch manager. It feels like a waste of $20.

When I... read more I felt compelled to write this review because I was disappointed with the side of queso I received; it was only filled halfway, and I paid extra for it. When I worked as a kitchen manager at Chipotle, I was trained to fill the queso sides with two scoops. I'm not sure if the policy has changed or if they simply didn’t have enough to go around. Either way, I wish I had known the portion would be so small before I added it to my pickup order, as I would have skipped it. This Chipotle is conveniently located at Tempe Marketplace, but if you’re looking for higher quality food, I would recommend choosing a different location.

Unfortunately, the food quality here isn’t always up to par. They often run out of several items and don’t prepare fresh batches promptly, or they cook too much, causing the food to sit out and develop a burnt taste from being on the line too long. I’m leaving this review because I was disappointed with the queso side I ordered—I paid extra, but the portion was only half full. When I was a kitchen manager at Chipotle, I was trained to serve sides of queso with two scoops, so I’m not sure if the policy changed or if they simply didn’t have enough. But then, they started giv... read more The worst service I’ve ever experienced. I waited in line for 25 minutes until their system went down—something beyond their control. But then, they started giving everyone their orders for free right in front of me and cut me off, not allowing me to order at all. I wasted my entire lunch break, and when I told the staff I needed to get back to work, the employee simply said, "I don’t know what to tell you." Now I’m going back to work hungry. Thanks a lot!
