I came in to grab food with my girlfriend and we get our food and go to the soda fountain to full up our own cups. I fill mine up with coke and my gf gets water then the manager asks me if I am going to pay for it. I just dumped it out because they don’t offer a “refill” price they just want you to buy a cup but I already have a cup so whats the point. Anyways we decide to sit down and eat and the manager “Mindy” some old lady with purple hair is constantly eyeing us down as we are eating and making us feel uncomfortable. We get our things to leave and as we walk out we noticed that she had completely powered down the fountain machine. Totally unnecessary and to feel criminalized for getting a refill is insane. Get food elsewhere this place sucks
I only go in here during their first shift. The manager lady in the morning is very good at her job. Probably too good to be not a general manager.Unbelievably polite, My order is always fresh and most of the time looks like the menu. Burger King is one of the few places a man can get lunch at 6:00 or 7:00 in the morning. Don't have access to a microwave all the time so when that happens I go to this Burger King. I want to add I actually do get told at some Burger Kings that they don't serve lunch that early which is a lie, or their lobby isn't opened for whatever reason? Covid ended a long time ago. I'm guessing the franchise owner decides to make more money and staff less people. None of these things happen at this particular Burger King but I can only speak for first shift. I really wish I knew the manager's name, she actually cares about her job and the product she hands her customers which is non-existent in today's day and age. If you're the franchisee reading this please promote that woman, she's one of a dying breed and you should cherish her hard work and be thankful she works for you.
Neither though I love my crossaints, having to use the facilities is another thing. The staff this morning isn’t worth stopping in to buy there products at this location. And of course, I was not provided a receipt with my purchase. It’s ok, a review is more public than a receipt. Won’t come back to this location.
