I dont know if its because it is 11 at night and the end of the day, or if its normally like this. But the birria for the tacos and birria fries, was literally 90 percent fat and not edible. It is extremely disrespectful they even let this leave the store. What most likely happened is that they did not separate the fat from the birria after making it and this was the scraps at the end of the day. The consume was mid at best as well. The only thing that was somewhat decent was the crispiness of the fries. 1 star rating because I literally wasted my money. We did not even eat it after trying the consume (because the meat was literally not edible). Essentially wasted 40 bucks.

I recommend dining in rather than opting for delivery, especially if you're ordering the Birria Flour Quesadilla, as it can get a bit soggy from the heat. Wrapping it in foil might help keep it crispy. Overall, I would rate the portion size a perfect 10/10, and the food was really delicious!

After nearly ten years of disa... read more I have to say, ever since I moved from San Diego to Arizona, I've been on a quest for authentic Mexican food that truly delivers. After nearly ten years of disappointments, I finally found Birria Gods. Seriously, my standards are high; I know what real Mexican cuisine should taste like. Only one other place has come close, but Birria Gods? They absolutely nailed it. It's as if they've taken my expectations and exceeded them. Huge kudos to them for bringing back that authentic flavor I've missed right to my table. I'm already excited about going back for more today. Thank you, Birria Gods, for making my taste buds feel at home. You’ve created something really special.

While the taco itself was decent, the rest of the meal did not justify the visit at all.
