Ordered the di sundae kit online, picked up in the store. they almost forgot the whip cream, I remember. I would have doubled the rest of the order, as they forgot to include, spoon, serviettes and the crunches. the staff was friendly, nice, welcomed all as they in, business is super clean, not too busy.
Awkward experience. Workers talk very quietly and then stare at you. Had no idea what 80% of what was said. Please use your outdoor voices when wearing masks in a louder environment.
Wow what a nice place! My experience was fantastic super help very happy atmosphere. I have always been a fan of Baskin-Robbins and this store ranks as one of my best experiences My first visit and I will be back!!

My 10yr old son hit his first ever home run. came here with 10 people. we all ordered ice creams. ice cream was great. but they said the dining room closes at 8pm, even tho the store closes at 9pm. so we had to stand outside to enjoy our celebratory dairy treats. ?
