The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Overall, it was a great night for a pre-Christmas party.

We didn't stay at the restaurant, but the Chinese takeaway that was recommended to us did not disappoint. First night we went out for dinner and got back to our room bellowing out smoke, the heater had just been filling the room up the fire alarm was not working! We tried relentlessly to call someone but office was closed and could not find an emergency number. So having no choice but to stay. We turned of a/c heater and had to have the door open for ages to clear the air, mind you I have a newborn and we're from QLD so the subzero temperatures are not so friendly. We spent most of the night unable to sleep because of the cold. Then next day we informed staff , hoping we'd get moved to a room with a working heater. But no they just gave us a little tiny dodgy heater and said they would get someone to look at it. I had to stay 2night because, I'd already paid for 2 and I literally spent the last of my money on accommodation, no one ever come to look at it. So we had to spend both nights freezing. And to top it off this morning I look in my bank to see they have charged me for another 2 nights yesterday(without permission) I've been back in QLD for over a month since! obviously with my experience I wouldn't stay there again.
