Upon arriving they did not have the canned drinks I ordered and said we could pick something else out of the cooler. They only had 2 options of bottles drinks and I asked if I could justreplace them with a fountain drink instead and they said the machine is out of order???? Got home to find the miso soup I hadordered was placed upside down in, spilling half my soup in the bag and all over my husband's bowl. Then to top it all off myhusband got really sick after eating his meal and had been really sick for 3 days now and now had to go to the doctor for severestomach pain. We would have forgiven all of the mishaps if he didn't end up getting sick, this was just the final straw. Hugebummer of an evening ????

Walked in here at 8:20pm on 3/30/22 to pick up a grubhub order and the staff at the time straight up lied to me and told me that the order had been canceled sim... read more Walked in here at 8:20pm on 3/30/22 to pick up a grubhub order and the staff at the time straight up lied to me and told me that the order had been canceled simply because they were too lazy to make the order. Obviously I can confirm with the customer ifthe order had actually been canceled or not. IT WAS NOT! The fact that a customer does not get their food because the staff istoo lazy to do their job is absolutely ridiculous! Shameful behavior!
