I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this location. Every time I visit, the staff seems unhelpful. Recently, I went to pick up some juices that I accidentally ordered for the next morning. I even offered to buy more juices that night and then return for the ones I originally ordered. It was still before 8 PM, and the staff member informed me that they were closing soon and wouldn’t be counting inventory. This didn’t make sense; she could have simply rung up six juices. If I had asked for a fresh juice or smoothie, I would understand the hesitation, but all she needed to do was process my order at the register. The customer service here is truly disappointing.
I had the pleasure of being helped by Pernella today, and she provided outstanding customer service! I always enjoy visiting this place, especially as a vegan, since Pressed is a non-dairy establishment.
