This restaurant offers flavorful adobada and huge, delicious flautas. The taquitos are generously topped, and the asada nachos are a great choice as well. Overall, the quality of the meats is impressive. What truly earns this place a 5-star rating, in my opinion, is the value. The quality stands out above many Mexican restaurants in the area, yet they don't overcharge like some of those other places do.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and ordered two shredded beef tacos. They were tasty, and the beef had a nice flavor. I do wish there had been a bit more meat in each taco, but for the price, I can't really complain. I’ll definitely come back to try more items from their menu.
STOP READING REVIEWS AND JUST GO HERE. The burritos are incredible. I've probably had over 50 California Burritos in my life, and none can hold a candle to D'Sotos. The flavor is perfect, the spice balance is spot on, the tortilla is delightful, and the fries and meat are perfectly crispy. My husband and I visit San Diego a few times a year, and this place has become our must-stop destination. Thank you for the amazing burrito, but you've set my standards so high that I know I’ll always be disappointed with other burritos from now on.
I had a fantastic experience at D'Sotos! The California burrito was huge and packed with flavor, perfectly balancing all the ingredients. Their breakfast burritos are equally amazing. Plus, they have a drive-thru! I can't help but dance with joy every time I visit D'Sotos!
