Bad cust service from order taker at the front partition,not friendly eventough i ordered two cakes.not even greeting or nice tone while talking.i want to redeem lazada voucher,she not sure what voucher it is just say cannot without read it.I show it to her then she realise the voucher can be redeem. lesson from that,please be polite with your cust,ask first before say no.n increase ur knowledge regarding voucher. bu... Likes: The only Secret Recipe in the town so it is as good as it gets. Nice staff, ample seating area and clean cafe including toilet. Dislikes: Parking can be a bit troublesome on certain busy time.
Standard Secret Recipe taste and food quality Cleanliness is good. Parking is easy to find However Aircond is too cold
