221 South Oak - TELLURIDE

221 is our go to spot for our anniversary, we've been the last 7 years. The food and cocktails were outstanding, the staff attentive and friendly. Eliza can out to say hello. Just a superb experience, as always.

Wonderful brunch. Dock confit waffle is so unique and absolutely amazing. Brunch cocktail program and al fresco dining makes for a perfect Sunday brunch with friends.

This place is excellent. The details are what matters here. The bartender is a second degree sommelier. A delight. A woman from Wisconsin. The owner is present and also appreciably involved. Women run the place... as they should and it shows in the details...they care. The dining is comparable to anything I've found abroad or in Cali. Kudos to the crew! The wine list is affordable and top notch.... A good blend of French, Italian and American from Oregon, and Cali. An eclectic menu of classic French meets Asian fusion with some interesting touches like a ramen waffle with duck confit. Very good. It was the Sunday brunch menu. Would like to try other items when I come back. They're thinking out of the box here. Beyond the box. You will be well served to visit here if you like fine dining and fine wine and happen to be in this beautiful area. The place is cozy and everyone is friendly and accommodating to the point of absurdity. ? I love the Midwest. I don't want to go back home to California ?.

Food was really delicious and the service was fantastic. Mixed drinks were made perfectly. Only issue was that they did nothing for our 53rd anniversary even though we said it was a special occasion anniversary

One of the best restaurants in Telluride, we had an outstanding time. The food, service, and ambiance were all outstanding. If you are looking for a special place to have dinner in Telluride, 221 South Oak is the spot. On a side note, our pup Sidney loved the leftover Elk steak!
