I had ordered online for picking up, came there and after waiting behind a man who was deliberately slow I noticed that our order had not been received. She apologised and explained that it happened a lot by chance. She prepared the food (a foot-long steak and cheese and a salad with tuna). My son, who is appointed special needs, and she was extremely polite and helpful with him when he is a small conversation partner. There was no tea.
