Green Wood Centre - Telford and Wrekin

The food is delightful and reasonably priced. The menu offers a great selection and the staff is very friendly. It's a peaceful spot to enjoy your lunch.

The Greenwood Centre is a tranquil, hidden gem in the Coalbrookdale/Ironbridge area. The café is excellent. We sat outside in a pleasant corner and enjoyed a delicious brunch including a grilled New York sandwich, tomato and hummus on toast, hummus and breadsticks, scrambled eggs, pastrami and bread, coleslaw and bread, and fizzy drinks. The service was fantastic and the prices were reasonable. My only complaint is that it would have been nice to have a mix of breadsticks and vegetables with my son's hummus, which he said was the best he's ever tasted. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxed, and surrounded by greenery. If we had this café nearby, we would definitely be regulars. We will definitely be returning again and again.

Booked Cheery's for my wife's 50th Birthday celebration. Polly was so helpful sorting out menu's prior to the night. A group of circa 20 aged 12 82, had a fantastic night, the food and atmosphere couldn't have been better. The team at Cherry's were great. Would highly recommend for a function or a standard visit, we have there on previous occasions.

I love it at Green Wood, the cafe is excellent, the menu a little different and not the usual cafe fare, the coffee was first class and you get to enjoy it in peace and tranquility. Plenty to see too, and some great walks to enjoy afterwards. All in all one of my favourite places in the Gorge on a sunny Saturday morning.

This restaurant is truly delightful! It is located in a wonderful, tranquil area with plenty of seating outside. I ordered a delicious vegan salad that was generous in portion size, flavorful, and had a great variety of ingredients. My husband had a tasty toasted sandwich. The macchiato I ordered was exceptional, with a rich and smooth taste, and the coconut and chocolate slice was also amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly. If we lived closer, we would definitely become regular customers.
