Franconia Heritage Banquet Conference Center

We had our wedding here 9/4 and everything was perfect! From Day 1, Janet exemplifies amazing customer service professionalism. She helped with every part of the planning of our ceremonial reception and we couldn't pull out our perfect night without her help. The food was amazing, the serving staff was recommended to A Highly to have events here and hope we can work with Franconia Janet in the future.

The last time I visited this restaurant, we were coming back from an outdoor event and we were starving. We wanted to get something to eat before arriving home. We stopped here. We were greeted at the podium, everything seemed great. Staff at this point were fabulous. We were seated to the left in what appears to be the smaller dining area with a counter. We sat waiting for 20 minutes while we watch numerous waiters and waitresses just passing us by. We were never asked if we wanted drinks, after 25 minutes , we got up, took the menus back to the podium and went to a restaurant down the street where we werent invisible. We haven't been back to this restaurant since.

Food was old and nasty. We paid for food that we could not eat. The buffet looked like it was the leftovers from yesterday. There was a film on the dressings. We tried a few different items from the menu. All were nasty. If I could do anything less then 1 star. I would. It was horrible... I am Never going here again. I do not recommend it to anyone, unless you HATE them, and want them to be puking and heaving all night long.

This restaurant is the perfect spot for a training session! The continental breakfast was delicious and a great added bonus. Thank you!

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. We went for a meal after a funeral. The food was decent but simple. The desserts were enjoyable, particularly to my own liking. I am interested in visiting the restaurant again to see if my opinion on the food remains the same.
