I thought the publican should be welcoming to all patrons. Won't be going back in a hurry. Needs an attitude change.

We ordered drinks and chips, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The service was unpleasant, as the woman behind the bar was rude and seemed incapable of smiling. The chips were overcooked, and the gravy had a rancid taste with a hint of vinegar. I tried to speak with the manager or owner about my concerns regarding the lack of attentive service and friendliness. However, to my surprise, the woman behind the bar was the owner. During our conversation, she hung up on me because she didn't like what I was saying. I will never return to this pub due to the rudeness of the owner.
