Great place, perfect for a fast snack or a full on hot dog menu. I especially recommend sharing the frankenstein with a friend.
Frank is one of the best if not the best place in Israel for hotdogs. Amazing!!!
Took a while for two hotdogs and it didn't come together either but! VERY good!
