In my area, all the good traditional pubs have shut down. The next closest one is two miles away and they don't come close to comparing to my old local spot. But here in Bristol, this pub feels like home. It's friendly, has great music, affordable prices, and embodies that classic pub atmosphere. View all feedback.

I would not recommend playing at this pub, even if it was the last one in the UK. The landlord booked me six months in advance, only to cancel my gig because he didn't want to pay me. His excuse was weak and unconvincing, blaming it on having two diaries and forgetting to put my name in the other one. The food was bland and tasteless, my 8-year-old granddaughter can cook better. Great food, excellent value, and friendly staff. First visit for breakfast today, and definitely won’t be the last.
Best local pub for a drink and chat and the foods amazing great prices compared to other local places that offer food, deffinately recommend the lunch time food .
