Complaints ranged from a lack of gluten-free options and unaccommodating staff to hygiene concerns, such as unkempt dining areas and improper attire among employees. Many described the service as rude, with one employee displaying a particularly negative attitude. While some did appreciate the variety of customizable fillings and the quality of the baguettes, the overwhelming sentiment highlighted a need for improved customer service and cleanliness. This establishment appears to have a long way to go to meet customer expectations and competitive standards.

A corporate chain in an independently minded town. The US Manager lacks the friendly manners of Independent chains. Also on my last visit saw him compact the waste bin then serve a customer without hand washing. My advice Avoid
Visited with grandson and asked if any gluten free options. Told no. I purchased a GF wrap from nearby and asked if a filling could be inserted. Informed no as they could not input in till! Amazing. Surely Subway could by now have a sealed GF roll which f appropriate the customer could fill. Miles behind the competition.
Visited subway today Although staff were initially helpful and food was ok the whole place was filthy As we sat down staff were mucking about and being unprofessional oblivious of us being there The toilets were disgusting and hadn't been cleaned for some time Would I visit again NO Would I recommend NO
Came here today and had a footlong... Was perfect.. Really enjoyed it.. Got what i paid for and will return the next time I'm in Teignmouth...
