What kathandherb doesn't like about Hoi Shan:
Ordered beef and tomato as always sorry to say not as good as previously.beef was very chewy tomatoes still quite hard and carrot raw...noodles and beansprouts were tasty...spring rolls were tasty. .chicken in hot sauce as far as my husband said was ok.. but would not order it again..like most take always its a bit hit and miss.... Chefs here have come and gone over the years, but the food remains top quality, it is take away only, and you rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes. It was one of the first places to offer crispy sticks of beef, in a great spicy sticky sauce and I,ve rarely been dissapointed with any of the dishes View all feedback.

Excellent quality food and very efficient, nice staff, never been disappointed.. 5 star..
Best Chinese I have had! Drive over from Torquay to get it and it's worth it. Wish the did delivery tho.
