After asking the waiter to clean the table, the guy simply removed cups and plates on the table and did not bother to clean the table therefore I had to do it myself!? I cleaned the table with my own alcohol and tissues.It became completely black because of the dirt. I left the tissues on the table but no one cared to remove them!? Staff are more suitable for Shoosh Square or some other down town places. Coffee was served warm but not hot at all though I had asked for extra hot coffee. What a pitty.Such big and spacious place. The guy behind the cashier with blue shirt basically knew nothing about management of a cofe shop.Generally speaking افتضاح. Do not recommend it to anyone

There was a cockroach inside the restaurant(it can happen) but they kind of got mad when I pointed it out. The steak was burnt and the waiter didn’t even ask how we wanted it in the first place, again when I mentioned it to them they claimed the best degree of doneness is “medium-well” which is not true at all and everyone’s preference is different when it comes to doneness. The worst part is that not only did they not apologize, but also gave me an attitude on my way out. Overall, it was a terrible experience!

We went to the fourth flo... read more I went there a couple of weeks ago and it was my fourth time I attended that restaurant. This time almost every thing was frustrating. We went to the fourth floor due to pandemic condition cause we want more fresh air. The table was so dirty .I told them I want a well done steak but they gave us an over cooked one ! It was a very bad experience and also it costed a huge amount of money too. desserts was an acceptable end that's why I gave them 2 stars.

I did enjoyed the atmosphere, but one thing that I complain about is that, due to the large number of customers, the staff can not manage it, and the customer has to wait for a while till the survant come and take the orders. But if we ignore this issue, it was great.
