I ordered a double-burger combo that included fries and a soda. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Samantha at the checkout was friendly, helpful, and polite.

My order was exactly as placed. However, there were issues that were not related to the driver, but rather with the app and chat service. I was unable to order a large combo; if I wanted a large fry and drink, I had to place separate orders. The only combo available was for a small size. When I contacted customer service via chat, they kindly offered to cancel my current order, contact the store to make the changes, and then charge me the difference. While I wasn't overly concerned about this specific order, I am more worried about future ones. I believe it would be beneficial to have part-time field consultants to help improve accuracy and quality in the service.
