Pleasant staff but my coconut shrimp was over cooked with almost black exterior and my rock fish was sent back uneaten as it was way to salty. This was probably an item bought prepared and then heated so the kitchen was not in control. Dinner ordered by my companion was a steak and it was fine.

I ordered the caprese salad (fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil) last night AND the chef added a delicious pesto on the side. Heavenly and healthy.

I ordered the Paprikasalat (fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil) yesterday evening and the cook added a delicious pesto on the page. Heavenly and healthy.

The staff was friendly, but my coconut shrimp was overcooked, with an almost black exterior. I also had to send back my rock fish because it was far too salty to eat. It seemed like it was a pre-prepared item that was just heated up, so the kitchen didn’t have full control over it. My companion ordered a steak for dinner, and it was acceptable.

After dining at the OTCC for 23 years, I can confidently say we have never had a meal that was anything less than top quality. The experience has always been complemented by excellent service. Since the eagerly anticipated reopening this summer, the limited menu still offers delicious options. However, the service has room for improvement. The staff, while always impressive, tends to be quite young. We truly miss the attentiveness of more experienced waitstaff who pay close attention to the details that enhance the dining experience. This includes regularly checking on customers, providing necessary amenities, ensuring all items are filled or refilled promptly, serving salads or appetizers shortly after the meal order is taken (rather than letting them arrive late, after the entrée), and clearing dishes in a timely manner. It's the little things—like the presentation of the bill—that can elevate a meal and leave guests eager to return. Also, is it too much to ask for real sugar? There are five different kinds of sweeteners for coffee, but not a single packet of real sugar in the whole place—come on!
