Also he didn?t dou... read more Got a sandwich tonight and the gentleman who made it 12/4 didn?t seem happy to even be there. He was throwing the ingredients on my sandwich. Also he didn?t double wrap the sandwich and cut it while also cutting the paper so when I opened it everything fellapart. Not to mention drenched the bottom of my sandwich so it was super soggy when trying to eat.

However, this review will focus more on our recent experience with the staff rather than the food itself. My wife used the Subway app to take advantage of a promotion for three sandwiches for the price of two. Unfortunately, she wasn’t paying close attention and ended up being charged for all three sandwiches. When we visited the Subway location inside Walmart, we spoke with Joey and explained the situation. He was very helpful and processed a refund, informing us that it might take a few days for the amount to reflect in our account. Joey also generously offered us the online deal, even though it was technically supposed to be used through the app. His understanding and kindness were truly refreshing. To top it all off, the refund appeared in my account later that same day.

The owner called me back then to reassure me that he would take care of the issue with his staff. I decided to give it another shot today, but unfortunately, they messed up my simple order again. Both sandwiches were supposed to be on Italian Herb and Cheese bread, as clearly indicated on my app and receipt, but we received plain white bread instead. Additionally, the chicken bacon ranch sandwich was missing the extra meat I had paid for. I'm really disappointed!

He was rather haphazard with the ingredients,... read more I ordered a sandwich tonight, and the man who made it on December 4th didn’t seem very enthusiastic about his job. He was rather haphazard with the ingredients, just throwing them onto my sandwich. Additionally, he didn’t double wrap it and cut it in a way that ended up slicing through the paper, causing everything to fall apart when I opened it. To make matters worse, the bottom of the sandwich was soaked, leaving it really soggy and hard to eat.
