After a week of typical American roadside food, our meal at Prime Grill was a true delight. Everything was fresh, thoughtfully prepared, served with warmth, and absolutely delicious.

We will be coming back again and again. The fish Tikka masala was the best I've ever had outside of India. The veggie balls were perfect, and the creamy sauce was full of flavor. Veggie Pakhora (5 out of 5): Perfectlycrisp, and I really liked the tamarind sauce. Fish Pakhora (5 out of 5): Crisp outside, and very soft and flakey fish on theinside. Spiced very well. Lamb Vindaloo (4.5 out of 5): Tender chunks of lamb in a deep and rich dark curry. Mixed Grille(4.5 out of 5): An assortment of meats sizzling hot on the cast iron platter. The lamb and Salmon were my favorite. Comes witha creamy tomato-based sauce for dipping, similar to malai kofta sauce. Shrimp Biryani (4 out of 5): I personally tend to go forthe curries, but this was an excellent biryani. Garlic Naan (5 out of 5): I think every indian meal should have garlic naan togo with it! Super crisp and delicious.
