This particular McDonald's is pretty nice. We've been there a couple times as we travel through the area. As a woman, I've ex... read more This establishment really needs to improve its attitude. It would be beneficial to retrain the staff on proper customer service and manners. As a woman, I've experienced some of the worst service from female employees. For instance, yesterday, the woman taking orders completely ignored me and made me wait until I finally decided to use the kiosk. Moments later, a man entered, and she greeted him warmly with a smile. It just doesn’t make sense, and I’m tired of this strange treatment. Some women today seem unable to perform basic tasks without behaving unprofessionally and showing a negative attitude towards other females. It comes across as insecure and shouldn’t be part of their job. Please take the time to speak with your employees about this.
